Attending: Carol Andrews, Sandy Robinson, Jed Schwartz, Nan Schwartz

We discussed the list of appraisers Sandy had contacted for a price to do the appraisal on the Eccardt Farm woodland. Carol requested that Sandy contact Terry Spada about doing it also.

We went into non-public session to discuss a particular property.

We discussed fundraising for certain projects and for land protection in general. We talked about making a brochure and doing an appeal to town's people by mail.

We discussed holding executory interest in easements.

We met at Schwartz’s because of the heavy snow.

We went into non-public session to discuss a certain property.

We discussed writing a proposal to use as a template for future grant applications.

We discussed holding easements and the need for a trust.

Sandy will do some writing for the brochure.
